Use of the facility takes place under the terms of these regulations and to the extent agreed with the owner of the club.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 2<\/strong><br \/>The facility is made available to users from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 8:45 pm. The hours of operation of the facility are subject to change if necessary or appropriate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 3<\/strong><br \/>Provision of the gym, fitness room and specialized offices is made on the basis of a rental agreement or after purchasing a membership or personal training at the club&#8217;s headquarters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 4<\/strong><br \/>The purchase of membership and personal training does not entitle you to use the facility on your own and does not waive the need to book an appointment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 5<\/strong><br \/>After meeting the conditions specified in \u00a7 3 of these rules and regulations and the absence of other contraindications, the club owner or his designee should make the facility available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 6<\/strong><br \/>Classes in the gym and fitness room may be held only under the supervision of the trainer, group leader or an adult.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 7<\/strong><br \/>Provision of the fitness room is possible only for organized sports, dance, recreational or physiotherapeutic activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 8<\/strong><br \/>All persons using the gym and fitness room are required to have sports attire and changeable shoes. Eating is strictly prohibited in the sports halls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 9<\/strong><br \/>The use of sports equipment located in the gym and fitness room may only be carried out in accordance with their intended use and under the supervision of the trainer, group leader or an adult in charge of the activity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 10<\/strong><br \/>Those staying on the premises are not allowed to enter the hall and run and use sports equipment without the permission of the club owner, coach, group manager or club employee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 11<\/strong><br \/>The owner of the club or his designee may control the course of activities conducted in the sports halls, and in the event of irregularities or other necessity, may stop the activities and prevent further use of the sports halls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 12<\/strong><br \/>Persons staying on the premises are obliged to observe order and respect other people on the premises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 13<\/strong><br \/>Smoking tobacco products, bringing <br \/>and consuming alcoholic beverages, using intoxicants, and possessing weapons and other dangerous tools or materials are prohibited on the premises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 14<\/strong><br \/>Responsibility for damage caused on the premises shall be borne by the person who caused the damage while using the facility. The owner of the club is not responsible for damages caused by persons using the facility. The owner of the club and the building manager are not responsible for items left on the premises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 15<\/strong><br \/>The lobby, gym, fitness room and entrance to specialty offices are monitored 24 hours a day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 16<\/strong><br \/>The provisions of these regulations apply to all persons residing on the premises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 17<\/strong><br \/>Signing the regulations is tantamount to acceptance of them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 18<\/strong><br \/>In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd2e99f elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"fd2e99f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/gymmymore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Logo-Gymmy-More.svg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-842\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regulations for the use of the Gymmy More fitness club facility located in Gdynia at ul.
